Your role will center around helping individuals foster independence through a variety of life skills. You'll assist with personal care, facilitate community activities, and document progress while promoting an inclusive atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

- Aid individuals in achieving their personal goals
- Support daily living tasks, including meal prep
- Organize community activities and outreach
- Keep detailed records of each individual's progress
- Empower clients to socialize and learn new skills Requirements:
- Certification in First Aid and CPR
- Clear criminal background check (fees provided by CLS)
- Ability to assist with wheelchair movement
- Strong commitment to person-centered care
