The Programs
Manager will report to the Executive Director and oversee child, youth, and family programs. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, strengthen funder relationships, and align initiatives with Indigenous values. Your leadership will empower staff and foster cooperative community efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and implementation of community programs
- Supervise Team Leads and front-line staff
- Manage relationships with funders and community stakeholders
- Monitor program outcomes and compliance
- Travel to support teams at various locations Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Human Services or related field
- 7 years of progressive experience in community programs
- 3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and community impacts
