Elevate children's learning experiences with Kids & Company as a Level 3 Early Childhood Educator.

Your role will emphasize emotional and cognitive support while delivering the Emergent Curriculum in an exciting atmosphere. At Kids & Company, we operate a network of over 120 childcare centres across Canada. This position requires excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

You'll maintain essential documentation and work closely with professionals like Speech and Occupational Therapists, aiding children's transitions and well-being in educational settings. Key Responsibilities:

- Document and report children's progress and development
- Implement and adapt the Emergent Curriculum
- Support children’s emotional and physical development
- Conduct health and safety checks and maintain attendance
- Participate in team meetings and skilled workshops Requirements:
- ECE certified (Level 2 or 3)
- Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
- Current Standard Child Care First Aid and CPR Level B
