- Communicate with management, residents, and families
- Monitor residents' conditions and well-being

- Participate in best practice programs
- Support an interdisciplinary approach to care Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience with seniors
- Excellence in dementia care and communication
- Completion of an accredited LPN program
- Active registration with provincial nursing college
