Job Opportunity: Disability Support Worker (Family Managed Supports)
We are seeking positive, reliable and engaged Disability Workers to join our team to support an individual with Autism and Down Syndrome
Role and responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, person centered support in the home and within the community
- Assist with Daily Living activities, personal care and skill building
- Support participation in social activities, outings and recreation
- Ensure a safe, supportive and engaging environment
Qualifications and requirements
- Reliability: High Level of dependability, punctuality, and commitment to maintaining scheduled shifts.
- Communication: Ability to fluently read, write and understand English to maintain documentation and communicate with the individual and team
- Clear Criminal Record Check: (including Vulnerable Sector search)
- Valid First Aid CPR( or willingness to obtain)
Candidates must have valid Class 5 driver's license (non GLD) a reliable vehicle to use for work with the ability to provided 2 million PLPD in insurance liability

Available Shifts and Schedule
Weekday evening shift
- Monday, Tuesday & Friday 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Weekend Day Shifts: Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Weekend Evening Shifts
Saturday and Sunday 5 PM - 11:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
