What You’ll Actually Do

You’ll start by learning how to create opportunities in the field and build trust with homeowners . This role involves proactive outreach — if you’re not comfortable starting conversations, this likely isn’t the right fit.

- Engage in homeowner conversations daily
- Walk families through property inspections and insurance restoration projects
- Present and guide customers through high‑value home exterior upgrades
- Practice and refine your pitch through feedback and repetition
- Contribute to a team that values discipline, growth, and results

What You Can Earn

This is a performance‑based sales role with uncapped income .

- Many representatives earn $100,000–$165,000+ annually
- Strong performers often exceed $140,000-$165,000 per year
- Long‑term top producers and leaders can earn $200,000+ annually
