We are helping our client, an cutting-edge protection relay and power system monitoring manufacturer, in search of a Technology and Product Head who will lead the organization in maintaining a competitive edge across all product development endeavors. This role requires an individual with a robust technical background, capable of crafting clear product visions that resonate with both company objectives and customer needs. The ideal candidate will exhibit professionalism, proactivity, and meticulous attention to detail, excelling in the evaluation, definition, and communication of new technological requirements to drive product development initiatives forward.

Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Applications Engineering, and Product Managers to identify requirements, trends, and innovations in Power Systems and other industry sectors.

Define, propose, and engage in development initiatives in partnership with internal technical resources, senior management, and other stakeholders, with a primary focus on productization.

Conceptualize, assess feasibility, and define projects involving hardware, embedded firmware, and user interface software.

Specify project scope, goals, and desirable outcomes in alignment with business objectives, collaborating with senior management and stakeholders.





Participate as a stakeholder in product development initiatives to ensure the delivery of features and functionality that support product, market, and business objectives.

Estimate budget, resources, participants, and skills required to validate and operationalize corporate initiatives.

Provide coaching, mentorship, and motivation to team members to enhance internal skill sets and encourage accountability for assigned tasks.

Foster, cultivate, and expand business relationships essential to project success.

Master’s Degree or higher academic qualifications in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a specialization in Power Systems, or relevant industry experience.

Possess a minimum of 10 years of practical working experience with similar electric power systems, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry practices and philosophies.

Capable of gathering and evaluating information from diverse sources such as industry standards, technical specifications, and market data to formulate actionable development specifications.

Proficient in collaborating with marketing, applications, and technical teams to devise and present potential product initiatives along with their business justifications.

Proficiency in computer and business software applications.

Possession of a valid driver’s license and passport.
