Your Responsibilities

- You'll provide day-to-day service desk and help desk support for employees throughout the rollout.
- You'll reset passwords, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist users with Windows setup and configuration.
- You'll deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices while ensuring employees are ready to use new technology.
- You'll support the implementation of digital technician workflows within the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
