Un(e) consultant(e) en services de données est un professionnel en administration axé sur le soutien de l'équipe de mise en œuvre au Canada en gérant les activités de conversion des données client et d'autres services de données du début à la fin / de bout en bout et en s'assurant que toutes les données des clients requises sont converties, validées et remplies avec précision, en toute sécurité et à temps dans la solution ADP. Collaborer avec les associés de mise en œuvre, les chefs de projet, les associés aux ventes et les clients pour assurer une exécution réussie du projet. Collaborer avec l'équipe US Data Services et les équipes back-office au besoin.

Ce rôle prend en charge la mise en œuvre principalement ainsi que le service et les ventes (Canada et transfrontalier) ainsi que les clients ADP à l'échelle nationale pour les activités de conversion et d'importation de données fournissant des activités de conseil, d'analyse de données, de soutien à la stratégie de données et d'importation de données. Le/la consultant(e) en services de données est responsable des résultats globaux de la conversion des données (respect des engagements en matière de stratégie de données, de délais et de qualité) et s'assure que les actions, les livrables, les solutions et / ou les conseils sont conformes aux objectifs commerciaux établis. A Data Services Consultant is an administrative qualified focused on supporting the Canada Implementation team by managing the client data conversion activities and other data services from start to finish/end-to-end and ensure all required client data is converted, validated, populated accurately, securely and on time in the ADP solution.

Collaborate with the Implementation associates, Project Managers, Sales associates and customers ensuring successful project execution. Collaborate with the US Data Services team and the back-office teams as required. This role supports implementation primarily as well as service and sales (Canada and Cross Border) along with ADP clients nationally for data conversion and import activities providing Consulting, Data Analysis, support of data strategy and data import activities.

The Data Services

Consultant is accountable for overall data conversion results (meeting commitments on data strategy, timelines, and quality) and ensuring that actions, deliverables,



solutions and/or advice are in line with established business objectives. Provides professional consulting to clients (internal and external) on data strategy for implementation during extract, conversion and import activities. Professionally manage to resolution the overall data conversion project through effective project queue management, throughout all conversion activities and coordination of stakeholders ensuring a Stellar Service client experience.

Works collaboratively with Implementation peers to deliver complete & accurate client data files for parallel testing and/or live processing including receiving and modifying files, developing technical specifications, evaluation and balancing of any quantitative data to client provided totals. Proactively develop library of tools and resources for the purpose of client data conversion and assist in the training of less tenured newly hired service associates. Exemplifies the principles of Stellar Service ultimately fosters client loyalty.

Represent the Data Services team on projects, product releases & enhancements ensuring a quality client experience regarding all areas of Data Services.

Provide Data

Services expertise in the sales process, as required. Actively participate in client meetings managing the data strategy plan and other services. Perform billable tasks for ADP customers as required such as loading historical data. Provide ADPWorks and Sharepoint updates as required.

Conduct

Proof-of-Concept activities to test new technologies or integration architectural designs for acceptable functionality, scalability, availability, and performance results. Act as the SME for knowledge on data strategy with external vendor products. Research and define best practices and standards for data services.

Project management and communication skills. Provide product feedback and recommendations to product management based on client experience in integration projects.



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/HR/Information systems OR equivalent in education and experience A minimum of 3 years’ experience in data migration projects with proven proficiency in utilizing spreadsheets and database files, importing, and exporting files of various formats Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications ie: Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint etc.

Proven ability to effectively communicate with internal/external clients & relate to all levels of the organization through all available mediums (verbal, listening, writing, presenting) Strong analytical skills, exceptional client management skills, ability to work with minimum supervision Experience in SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards or Oracle environments is considered an asset. Knowledge of ADP implementation process flows is considered an asset. Detail oriented – ability to drill down to the finest detail to ensure quality of data.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Webex, remote communication, and data manipulation & transfer tools. Bilingual required. Knowledge of Payroll, HR, TLM and/or accounting systems, ADP product knowledge is preferred.

Language

Requirements The mastery of the French (spoken and written) is required for this position. This position also involves duties that require regular use of English, in addition to French. Please note that any offer of employment will be conditional upon a background check, including a criminal record check. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
