Webuild seeks a Construction Senior Scheduler for the critical PTUS Project in Toronto. This role offers a chance to manage project timelines and oversee productive coordination of MEP works. In this position, you will administratively report to the Schedule Manager while focusing on the Pape Tunnel and Underground Stations of the Ontario Line.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing and managing baseline schedules, forecasting project time impacts, and leading recovery efforts to maintain project efficiency and adherence to deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage the project's critical-path construction schedule
- Prepare detailed schedule forecasts for budget forecasting
- Control project performance using earned-value variance reporting




- Assess impacts of contract changes and prepare claims
- Supervise internal and subcontractor schedule production activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in construction scheduling
- Familiarity with FIDIC or similar contract frameworks
- Proven ability to direct scheduling staff on major projects
- Experience in time-impact analysis and defense strategies
