Transformation & AI team scales this expertise through both NPX-developed and industry-leading products, delivering solutions to clients across Canada, the U.We're looking for a Product Consultant to be at the front end of brainstorming and ideating with our customers. Equally important, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our clients -bringing AI expertise into every conversation, helping teams see what’s possible, and guiding them to get more value from the tools they already have access to (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).

Travel Expectations: Travel to client site once a week with fluctuation based on client needs. Lead early client engagements to uncover operational pain points, frame the problems worth solving, and spot common challenges across nuclear utilities that can become scalable solutions.



Determine the strategy of how NPX’s services and products that address those customers pain-points and turn that into pitches & proposals that are compelling to our customer.

Rapidly concept and build workable prototypes that turn client problems into tangible solutions clients can see, test, and react to. Develop opportunities from lead to validated solution - testing prototypes with users, iterating on feedback, and proving value to set up the path toward MVP production. Help clients understand where technology can create value and identify opportunities to improve how they work through practical, business-focused applications.

Advise clients on AI strategy and adoption - helping them maximize the value of the tools they already have access to and create more efficient ways of working. Influence not only what gets built, but the direction of client operations and the future of the nuclear industry.
