ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Content Creator & Video Editor who understands that every brand has its own unique identity, voice, and audience. The ideal candidate can adapt their creativity to different industries while producing content that feels authentic, engaging, and aligned with each client's vision. As a representative of Insert Identity during content shoots, you'll be expected to communicate professionally and confidently with clients, staff, models, and talent when needed.

We're looking for someone who is personable, organized, and able to create a positive experience on set while representing both our agency and our clients with professionalism. RESPONSIBILITES

Consume, re-watch, and take detailed notes on provided training modules.

Research competitors and high-performing content daily to generate fresh creative ideas.

Use AI tools to brainstorm, script, and enhance content creation.

Attend 2–4 on-site content shoots per month across restaurants, hospitality, corporate, sports, healthcare, and lifestyle clients.

Review the creative brief and mood board before each shoot to ensure all required content is captured.

Capture high-quality vertical video content during shoots.

Edit short-form video content in CapCut using advanced techniques learned through training.

Create both easy and advanced Reels depending on the creative brief (many Reels are intentionally simple, rapid-paced, and optimized for performance).

Deliver 4–6 edited Reels per content shoot while maintaining high creative standards.

Create multiple advertising versions (Ad V1 & Ad V2) when required for paid campaigns.

Optimize videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other short-form platforms.

Post content daily on assigned social media accounts when applicable.

Apply feedback from content managers quickly and consistently.

Respond to creative requests aimed at improving engagement, reach, conversions, and account growth.



PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

Consistently deliver high-quality content on schedule.

Produce 4–6 polished Reels from each assigned content shoot.

Create Ad V1 and Ad V2 variations when required.

Contribute creative ideas that improve engagement, conversions, and overall content performance.

Continuously improve editing techniques and stay up to date with social media trends.

Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and professionalism at every shoot.

Maintain clear and timely communication with the marketing team.

Arrive prepared for every content shoot with the required equipment and creative direction. REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in English and French.

Experience creating content for social media platforms.

Strong storytelling, pacing, and editing skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Strong eye for aesthetics, composition, lighting, and branding.

Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and current short-form content trends.

Strong knowledge of Gen Z humor and North American pop culture.

Comfortable filming in restaurants, hotels, events, retail, healthcare, sports, and lifestyle environments.

Ability to work independently while managing deadlines.

Self-motivated, organized, and eager to continuously improve.

Proficient in CapCut (or similar short-form editing software).

Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and creativity. EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

Professional-quality camera capable of filming high-resolution vertical content.

Stable tripod or gimbal.

Microphones and audio equipment when required.

Portable lighting equipment when necessary.

Reliable laptop capable of editing short-form video efficiently.
