Requirements

You’re someone who knows your field inside and out - and you have a natural ability to connect with people and make learning feel accessible and engaging. You bring energy to the room and meet learners where they are.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

- Professional experience or qualifications in your subject area

- A genuine enjoyment of working with and coaching adult learners

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you’re easy to talk to and easy to learn from

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Great organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

- An entrepreneurial mindset - you’re not afraid to try new approaches or create new opportunities

- The ability to build authentic relationships with students and colleagues

- A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
