Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
- Follow recipes and food safety standards meticulously during meal preparation
- Assist in food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean kitchen environment
- Support food service by ensuring timely delivery of dishes to guests or servers
- Maintain organized workstations, ensuring all ingredients and tools are readily available




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
- Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene at all times

Requirements

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook within a restaurant or food service setting
- Solid knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards team members and guests
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques across various cuisines preferred
- Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is highly desirable
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly to evolving kitchen needs
