- Châteaux property As a Cook, you'll play an essential role in delivering the exceptional culinary experience that has made Le Hatley a destination restaurant.



Working alongside the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs, you will: Prepare and organize mise en place before service
- Execute, finish, and plate dishes with precision and consistency
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation and quality
- Ensure your station remains stocked, organized, and service-ready
- Monitor inventory and communicate product needs to kitchen leadership
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP)
- Help minimize waste and maximize the use of premium ingredients
- Contribute ideas, creativity, and teamwork to an environment focused on continuous improvement
- Support Le Manoir Hovey's commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship. Diploma of Professional Studies in Cooking Very positive knowledge of products, recipes, various culinary techniques Very good knowledge of conservation, processing, cooking and presentation techniques.

Experience in a gastronomic restaurant an asset
