Lead the Beyond the Bell program at Glenview Elementary School providing meaningful after-school activities for children grades 1-5. As a permanent part-time Coordinator, you will guide a small team while directly working with children during program hours.

You’ll organize activities, communicate with parents, and oversee educational programming. A strong commitment to safety and inclusivity is essential to thrive in this impactful role. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support Beyond the Bell leaders
- Schedule staff and plan engaging program activities
- Serve as the primary contact for parents and the school
- Complete administrative tasks like timesheet approvals
- Procure materials within budget for activities

Requirements:

- Experience working with children and youth
- Previous leadership or supervision experience
- Strong communication skills, spoken and written
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Criminal Record check with Vulnerable sector search
