Responsibilities

Drive the implementation and global delivery of the technical strategy and roadmap in alignment with the global Ericsson On-Demand and Core Network Services vision specifically focusing on the public cloud and as-a-Service model for the sub-services.

In collaboration with Technology Evolution, drive the architecture and technical direction for all sub-services, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and cost-efficiency at hyperscaler.

Lead the adoption of modern engineering practices, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), site reliability engineering (SRE), and cloud-native development methodologies across the relevant sub-services and collaboratively with the European engineering head to ensure an aligned approach.

Provide sub-services expertise through the SRE Prime roles in your team towards the SRE organization,

enabling close collaboration and blameless culture of inter-working and DevOps culture.
