Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with orders, maintaining strong relationships, and showcasing our premium Arabica coffee range. You will also support sales conferences, manage pre-sales and fulfilment activities, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with clients to assist with orders and inquiries
- Develop relationships with existing customers through contact
- Explain product range and benefits to clients




- Administer pre-sales activities like quotations and inquiries
- Ensure timely sales fulfilment to meet customer orders Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder in a related field
- Prior experience in Sales or Relationship Management
- Excellent communication skills in English or additional languages
