- Conduct outreach in encampments, shelters, and community spaces
- Build trusting relationships with youth using empathetic engagement
- Provide basic necessities and crisis interventions in office
- Supply harm reduction tools such as naloxone kits
- Assist youth with navigation to external support services Requirements:
- Diploma in Child & Youth Work or Social Work
- 2–3 years experience with vulnerable youth
- Knowledge of mental health and trauma-informed practice
