- Creator Success Manager

We're looking for a passionate Creator Success Manager to help our creator community thrive. In this role, you'll support creators throughout their journey on Heylist, from onboarding to successful brand collaborations. You'll build meaningful relationships, provide expert guidance, and help creators unlock new opportunities through influencer marketing.

Salary: ~ $50,000 CAD

About The Role

As a Creator Success Manager, you'll be the trusted partner for our community of creators. You'll ensure they have an exceptional experience on the platform by providing support, education, and personalized guidance. Working closely with our Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, you'll advocate for creators, gather valuable feedback, and help shape the future of the Heylist experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional support by responding to creator questions and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Guide current creators through onboarding and help them make the most of the Heylist platform.
- Build strong relationships with creators and provide personalized advice to help them grow and succeed.
- Monitor creator engagement and proactively identify opportunities to improve their experience.
- Collect creator feedback and collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to enhance the platform and community experience.
- Create and maintain educational resources,



best practices, and onboarding materials.
- Advocate for the creator community and contribute to a creator-first culture across the company.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Community Management, Creator Partnerships, or a similar client-facing role.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French, written and spoken.
- Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Passion for social media, digital content creation, and the creator economy.
- Experience with CRM platforms, customer support tools, or creator management platforms is considered an asset.
