In this on-call role, you will work under the guidance of the Trauma Coordinator to assist employees during critical incidents. Your knowledge of acute stress, PTSD, and crisis management will be essential to providing effective support. Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge of acute stress and PTSD interventions
- Intervene effectively in crisis and post-traumatic situations
- Collaborate closely with the Trauma Coordinator
- Communicate and document clinical summaries of interventions
- Engage with employees and managers to provide necessary support Requirements:
- University degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- Valid license to practice and liability insurance
- Solid knowledge of psychological care in trauma
- Flexibility and punctuality for on-call interventions
