Customer Experience Executive / Brand Executive (Front Desk)

As a Customer Service, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom. You will deliver a welcoming customer experience, assist with enquiries and ensure the showroom is presented to the highest standard at all times.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers by greeting them warmly, offering refreshments, checking appointments or test drives, and ensuring they have a great first impression of the showroom.
- Guide customers throughout the showroom by understanding their needs, introducing the brand's products and services, giving showroom tours when needed, and connecting them with the appropriate Audi Expert.
- Maintain the showroom experience by keeping the showroom, display vehicles, and customer experience facilities clean, organized, and ready for customers at all times.
- Provide operational support by updating customer information, assisting with phone enquiries, supporting the team during busy periods, and handling other showroom tasks during quieter hours.

Requirements

- Customer service experience in automotive retail, hospitality, retail,



or any service industry where interacting with customers is a key responsibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Well-organized and willing to work flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, while maintaining a high standard of showroom presentation.
