Elevate customer experience as a Customer Sales and Service Representative with UFA in Grande Prairie, AB. This full-time role focuses on excellent service and sales support, both in-person and online. In this full-time position, you will report to the Assistant Store Manager and engage directly with customers.

Your role includes maximizing sales through best-in-class customer service, managing customer relationships, and performing essential tasks like cash handling and eCommerce management. This position will require cross-training in various store operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide prompt, friendly customer service both in-person and over the phone
- Manage CRM tasks and ensure accurate sales transactions
- Perform opening/closing cash balancing procedures
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory counts
