To ensure high levels of service aremaintained the FSR may be called upon to assist other FSR’s and completeroutine transactions for members.

The FSR is responsible for servicingmembers consistent with the credit union’s objectives for member service andprofitability. The FSR promotesretention of quality, profitable member relationships by thoroughly resolvingboth ongoing member satisfaction with the credit union’s products and servicesand supporting the achievement of branch objectives. Process routine teller transactions initiated in person, online, by phone, email Complete direct deposit forms, and payroll deductions, personal information changes Adheres to operational policies and procedures.

Previous experience in financial services, retail banking, or a client-facing service role preferred. Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional member or customer experiences.
