Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online communication channels
- Provide professional and friendly customer support
- Assist customers with questions, requests, and general information
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and accurately
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in company systems
- Follow company procedures and service standards

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, call centre, or administrative experience is an asset
- No previous remote experience required — training provided
