To provide responsive and accurate customer service by efficiently managing spare parts inquiries, quotations and sales orders. Coordinate with customers, warehouse, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate documentation, and a great customer experience that reflects NOV's commitment to quality and integrity.

Responsibilities

Identify parts and part numbers that customers are requesting.

Process customer inquiries, submit quotations on a timely fashion and process sales orders.

Generating sales order from telephone calls, Fax and E-mail requests.

Monitoring the flow of documentation and products to ensure products are received by the warehouse personnel in a timely manner.

Ensure orders are professionally taken care by working closely with the warehouse, buyer, manufacturer, customer, and customer’s freight forwarder.

Following up on the order status and updating customers.

Works closely with the warehouse in preparation of Shipping Documents particularly customs export documentation etc.

Working closely with others in the team and ensure customers get quotes properly reflecting NOV’s integrity and consistency.

Quotation and Order files are well maintained with necessary info,



per company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
