Salary Range: $22.88 To $29.73 Hourly

Do you like working with all kinds of interesting people? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Customer Support Representative Tier 1 - Sales in Regina, SK.

The shifts in this position include Monday - Friday 12 - 8pm and occasional Saturdays.

As a Sales Customer Support Representative:

- Answers customers questions in a timely manner.
- Resolves customers issues/problems on customer accounts for TV, Internet, telephone, and security services ‘or’ forwards them to a Tier 2 or Supervisor if need be.
- Verify customers information, book work orders/service calls, answer questions, create tickets and puts notes on customer accounts.
- Sales includes acquiring new customers, retaining current ones,



answering questions, providing sales support.
- Strong customer service skills, communication, organizing, and problem-solving skills are needed to be successful in this position.

- Top-notch Customer Service skills including empathy, professionalism, courtesy, common sense, and patience.
- Talent for handling a large number of calls efficiently and accurately in a busy environment.
- Continually striving to achieve targets and metrics.
- Ability to respond positively to constructive feedback.
- Ability to put into practice training you receive on basic troubleshooting.
- Capacity to quickly adapt to new processes, procedures, and technology.
- Previous Call Centre experience is an asset but not required.
- Clear Criminal Record Check.
