Design and execute experiments that yield insights into marketplace dynamics while collaborating with engineering and product teams to implement advanced models effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Drive applied science projects from conception to completion
- Develop models for pro onboarding and supply forecasting
- Conduct experiments analyzing supply-related metrics
- Collaborate on resolving complex marketplace challenges
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of ML interventions Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a relevant quantitative field
- At least 3 years of experience as an applied scientist
- Proficient in machine learning techniques and LLMs
- Familiar with experimental design and causal inference
