We are currently seeking energetic, nurturing, and experienced teachers and assistants for our daycare. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to providing a protected, nurturing, and stimulating environment. This role involves engaging with children in various activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social development.
* Early Childhood Education certification preferred for some positions but not required for all
Duties
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and playtime.
- Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging exploration and creativity.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child"s progress and daily activities.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team environment.
Skills
- Teaching skills that foster learning through play and structured activities.
- Experience working with children in various settings, showcasing adaptability and creativity in caregiving.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Compassionate caregiving approach
