Title: Delivery / Recovery Class 3 Driver

Pay Rate: $28/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM start

Location: Quebec City, QC

We are currently seeking an experienced Class 3 Delivery / Recovery Driver to support operations in the Quebec City region. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of new batteries, as well as the collection of used batteries from customer locations, ensuring timely and accurate service. You will operate a 26-foot truck (air brake and triple axle) equipped with an electric tailgate, and utilize an electric jigger, while maintaining a solid commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver new products and pick up used/defective batteries from customer locations
- Load and unload products safely and efficiently
- Palletize, secure, and transport returned batteries and materials
- Review daily routes and documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Complete all required paperwork including bills of lading, logbooks, and TDG documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries professionally




- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any issues
- Ensure compliance with TDG, cargo securement, and all safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and proper working condition of delivery vehicles
- Assist with warehouse duties and inventory counts as required

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license with appropriate endorsements (air brakes required)
- Minimum 3-5 years of commercial driving and/or delivery experience
- Clean driver's abstract
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and compliance requirements
- TDG certification (or willingness to obtain - training provided)
- Forklift certification considered an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move heavier materials with equipment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
