Your extensive experience in technical apparel design will play a pivotal role in creating products that meet athlete needs. You are expected to provide strong guidance to design teams and collaborate closely with merchandising and product strategy counterparts. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Degree in Apparel Design, Industrial Design, or Textile Engineering
- 12+ years in technical apparel design with 5+ years leading teams
- Deep understanding of climbing and snow cultures
- Proactive problem-solving and flexibility in ambiguity
- Willingness to travel globally for product research
