About the Role

We’re hiring a Product Design Lead to shape and lead the design of a suite of enterprise digital tools supporting a fast-paced organization. These platforms enable planning, purchasing, ordering, and vendor management—systems that directly impact daily operations.

Design is a growing capability within this team,



and we’re looking for a leader who thrives in complexity and enjoys building from the ground up. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering partners to design real-world solutions for real users, from concept to implementation.

This is a hybrid leadership + hands‑on role (60% research/40% hands‑on) that requires both strategic thinking and execution. You will lead discovery efforts, define future‑state journeys, and deliver thoughtful, intuitive UX/UI for operational teams.

What You’ll Do
