Project Overview We are migrating to the cloud and primarily use Microsoft applications. Desktop systems technologist will provide desk side end user support for all hardware, software and business applications, building machines and automate tasks as submitted through the Help Desk incident reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities - Automate server maintenance, patching, monitoring, backups, and deployments.

- Automate scheduled updates via Intune.
- Create vulnerability management and patching for endpoints.
- Create golden packages and push via Intune.
- Complete Intune inventory, making sure all endpoints are updated and patching.
- Intune Windows 11 Support/Updates - Advanced Endpoint Support.
- Third party application patching.
- Setup SSO and Entra ID role and creation of accounts via automated scripts.
