Job Requirements:

Lead business and transformation workstreams across large-scale change programs.

Assess current operating models, processes, governance, and technology landscapes.

Design target operating models, business processes, and governance frameworks.

Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, and issue resolution.

Develop key deliverables including business requirements, process maps, roadmaps, and executive presentations.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery.

Support testing, operational readiness, change implementation, and stabilization activities.

Build robust relationships with client stakeholders and senior leaders.

Analyze business challenges and provide practical recommendations.

Facilitate decision-making and stakeholder alignment across programs.

Prepare materials for governance forums, steering committees, and executive meetings.

Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and scope changes.

Support business development, proposals, RFPs, and client presentations.

Contribute to methodologies, frameworks, and knowledge assets.

Conduct market research and industry analysis to support thought leadership.

Participate in resource planning, financial tracking, reporting, and operational improvements.

Lead and mentor Consultants, Business Analysts, and SMEs.

Manage workstream activities, task allocation, and project progress.

Review deliverables to ensure quality and client relevance.

Coach team members and promote knowledge sharing across the practice

Requirements:





Bachelor of Degree in any equivalent disciplines with at least 5 years of related experience in consulting firm

Business level of Japanese speaking as liaise with Japanese stakeholders and clients

Experience in PMO, program management, or managing multiple workstreams within large-scale transformation programs
