As we continue to scale rapidly, we’re seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Director of Operations to oversee and optimize our end-to-end operational infrastructure.

Position Overview The Director of Operations will be responsible for managing all aspects of company operations, including hardware production, deployment logistics, installation, service delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs). This individual will be a key member of the leadership team, driving scalability, operational excellence, and customer success as we expand across North America and into new international markets.

The Ideal

Candidate

10+ years of experience in operations leadership, ideally in fintech, logistics, payments, or equipment-as-a-service businesses. Proven experience in production, supply chain, and technical deployments. Strong knowledge of logistics, shipping, and field support across North America. Ability to lead teams in a fast-growth, scaling setting.

Experience managing cross-border operations (Canada – U.S.) . Familiarity with SLAs and customer-facing service models. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A hands-on leader with a bias for action and results. Fluent in both English and French. Nice to Have

Experience in cash management , armored transport, or deployment of smart safes/ATMs. Familiarity with software integrations and remote monitoring tools. Experience managing cross-border operations in Canada and the U.S. Key Responsibilities

Operations Management





Oversee the full operational lifecycle: hardware production, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, installation, and after-sales service. Develop and implement SOPs to ensure scalable and repeatable operational practices. Monitor and manage SLAs to maintain client satisfaction and ensure timely service delivery. Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality. Build, manage, and mentor a growing operations team, including logistics, technicians, support staff, and installation partners. Foster a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and high performance. Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to plan and execute strategic hiring as the company grows.

Deployment & Support

Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless deployment of smart safes and associated services. Act as the escalation point for operational issues impacting the customer experience. Ensure high-quality post-installation support and service continuity. Work with internal and third-party tech teams to ensure software/hardware integration aligns with operational goals. Provide feedback on product performance, usability, and reliability from an operational perspective.

Planning & Scaling

Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting for operational functions. Support market expansion initiatives by developing scalable deployment and support frameworks. Identify and mitigate operational risks proactively. Compliance & Security

Ensure the safe handling of cash-related equipment and maintain appropriate internal controls (no formal regulatory oversight currently required).
