Position Details

What You Will Do

- Reporting to the AVP, the Director - Affinity and Group Markets is responsible for leading the organization’s affinity insurance and group benefits business,



including carrier relationships, product growth, and profitability.
- Lead affinity and group business growth strategies
- Manage relationships with carrier and strategic partners
- Support product development and distribution initiatives
- Oversee group benefits coordination and servicing
- Monitor profitability, retention, and growth metrics
- Develop new business and partnership opportunities

Who You Are

- 5–10 years of experience in affinity insurance, group benefits, partnerships, or financial services
- Strong commercial and relationship management skills
- Experience with budgets, growth initiatives, or P&L; accountability
- Experience with group benefits, digital insurance, or carrier management is considered an asset
- Exposure to life and health insurance markets is considered an asset
