The Director, Intelligent Automation & AI, Canada Operations leads the design, build, and evolution of the enterprise augmentation agent portfolio across platforms such as Azure, Power Platform, and Salesforce. This role focuses on translating prioritized capabilities into operational solutions that improve quality, accelerate cycle times, and reduce exceptions. As a product and operations leader, the Director ensures delivery of measurable business outcomes rather than just technical deployments.

This opportunity enables you to shape how operational AI is built and scaled, while influencing enterprise-wide transformation and innovation.Position ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the delivery roadmap for the augmentation portfolio across business units, ensuring transparent timelines, milestones, and value realizationLead solution delivery across both low-code rapid deployments and complex builds, ensuring high standards of accuracy, reliability, and adoptionServe as the primary business partner to central Technology teams, aligning augmentation solutions with foundational technology investmentsOversee operational quality, governance, and release readiness, ensuring all capabilities meet defined acceptance criteria and audit standardsBuild and develop high-performing teams, while engaging stakeholders and communicating outcomes to business leaders and executivesDrive capacity planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement of the shared augmentation library to maximize long-term valueRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in operational transformation, intelligent automation, product delivery, or related domainsProven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions into production environmentsStrong understanding of operations in financial services, banking, or insurance sectorsExperience owning product roadmaps, capacity planning, prioritization, and measurable value deliveryFamiliarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform)
