You will supervise interdisciplinary teams while developing the organizational transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment across planning schedules, and overseeing multiple projects. Your influence will drive executive decision-making and facilitate the S/4HANA migration alongside Customer Horizon Management initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 15+ years in aerospace or complex manufacturing
- 5+ years leading interdisciplinary teams
- Solid strategic mindset with execution ability
