Lead the Clinic at the University of Windsor as the Director of Community Legal Aid. This role requires expertise in law, strategic planning, and operational leadership. As the Clinic Director, you will oversee Community Legal Aid’s initiatives in line with Windsor Law’s access to justice mandate.

Responsibilities include managing legal practice, providing direction to the team, and driving law reform projects. You'll also be responsible for training law students and fostering relationships with community partners and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide effective leadership for legal services
- Manage relationships with faculty, students, and community partners
- Oversee strategic and business planning operations
- Support experiential learning for law students
- Lead human resources functions and policy compliance Requirements:
- LL.B/J.D. and member of Law Society of Ontario
- Experience in community legal clinic management
- Proven leadership and employee management skills
- Excellent organization and stress management abilities
- Commitment to equity and inclusion principles Take charge of legal aid services and empower law students while impacting the Windsor-Essex community.
