This leadership position requires oversight of rural community integration, ensuring a unified approach across multiple regions.
As a member of both the Community Impact Leadership Team and the Resource Development Leadership Team, you will foster connections between communities and United Way, enhancing community impact and resource development. Your commitment to a shared rural perspective is key to successfully guiding decision-making and service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead integration of community offices for holistic service
- Champion rural lens in organizational planning
- Collaborate with teams to implement regional strategies
- Drive fundraising initiatives with local partners
- Foster a supportive environment for staff and volunteers Requirements:
- University degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in leadership roles, 3+ years supervising teams
- Expertise in community development and relationship management
- Strong project management and negotiation skills
