As the Director of Finance, Reporting & Special Projects, you will lead the preparation and delivery of IFRS-compliant financial reporting while partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives designed to enhance reporting processes, strengthen internal controls, and improve overall finance operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the preparation, consolidation,



and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with IFRS.
- Oversee external reporting deliverables and support the preparation of financial statements and related disclosures.
- Develop and enhance reporting frameworks, dashboards, and financial reporting processes to improve quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Lead special projects involving finance transformation, process optimization, systems enhancements, and reporting improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline reporting processes and strengthen internal controls.
- Identify reporting inefficiencies, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support internal and external audit requirements related to financial reporting and special projects.
- Provide insightful analysis and commentary on financial results
