Director of Operations

Belleville, ON Full-time On-site (with some flexibility for remote) Milestone Bath™ Products is a fast-growing manufacturer of premium bath remodel solutions, serving dealers and contractors across North America. The growth has created an opportunity for an experienced hands-on leader to help shape the future of the company at this critical stage of growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the Owner and will become the company's senior leader on-site. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Translate the company's vision and strategic goals into actionable business plans for all departments Contribute to the long-term strategic planning and direction of the company Oversee and evaluate the activities and operations of all key departments including production, warehouse, marketing and customer service Operational Excellence & Efficiency

Oversee production planning and scheduling in a light manufacturing environment to ensure efficient output and timely delivery Identify and implement process improvements across operations and customer service Manage inventory, materials, and purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Team Leadership

Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team across all departments Foster a collaborative,



innovative and results-driven work environment Participate in hiring, performance management, and team development in conjunction with the Owner Marketing & Dealer Engagement

Provide oversight and leadership on core marketing and dealer engagement initiatives Implement initiatives to improve dealer onboarding, communication, and overall customer experience Support development of sales and marketing tools, resources, and processes Collaborate with Ownership on initiatives to strengthen dealer relationships and drive growth What we're looking for

Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 Performance Bonus: Up to 20% based on business performance Location: Belleville, ON (primarily in office) Some flexibility for remote work (up to ~25%) Occasional travel (tradeshows, customer visits, U.S. operations)
