As the Director of Operations,



you will be responsible for these key functions:

Leadership

- Collaborate with Council to implement innovative programs enhancing our operations.
- Partner with Department Managers in Housing, Culture, Health, Education, and Finance/Administration to develop and execute strategic departmental work plans.
- Strategize, plan, and budget for optimal staffing and operational needs.
- Provide inspiring leadership and mentorship, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Foster a culture of positive communication and support at all levels, ensuring a vibrant and cohesive work environment.

Community Relations

- Gain an in-depth understanding of WMFN's member landscape, including interactions, trends, and future movements.
- Proactively share insights from community engagement to strategically inform WMFN initiatives.
