Lead security operations with OCS UK & Ireland as the Director in Scotland, focusing on profitability, client relationships, and team development in a vital role. As the Security Operations Director, you will ensure health, safety, and profitability in your region while driving business growth and sustaining positive executive relationships. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate Regional Directors and operational teams
- Manage full regional P&L; and achieve budget targets
- Strengthen and maintain executive client relationships
- Oversee contract performance and service delivery
- Act as a key escalation point for various operational matters Requirements:
- Valid SIA Licence required
- Health & Safety qualification (IOSH/NEBOSH preferred)
- Full UK driving licence necessary
- Extensive experience in regional contracts management
