Oversee strategic governance at the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA). The Director of Strategy ensures alignment with safety regulations and enhances stakeholder relations across Ontario.

You will be responsible for leading strategic planning processes, integrating business plans, and fostering stakeholder engagement. This position promotes effective governance while actively engaging with key stakeholders to drive safety initiatives in the public interest.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead the execution of multi-year strategic plans • Direct performance reporting and business integration • Operationalize strategic initiatives and monitor outcomes • Support Board decision-making with quality strategy documents • Establish frameworks for stakeholder mapping and governance

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Business Administration, or a relevant field • 10 years of experience in strategy development, including 5 years in leadership • Robust grasp of public sector accountability in Ontario • Experience in developing stakeholder relations strategies • Strong commitment to equity and inclusive leadership
