Job Title: Project Director – Mission Critical (Data Centers)

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director with extensive experience in mission critical/data center construction to lead large-scale, complex projects and oversee multiple project teams.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership across multiple data center projects from pre-construction through completion

Oversee Project Managers and site teams to ensure successful delivery on schedule, budget, and quality standards

Drive client relationships at a senior level, acting as the primary point of contact

Lead project planning, risk management, and operational execution across all phases

Ensure alignment with company objectives, safety standards, and industry best practices

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on mission critical/data center projects

Proven track record managing large-scale or multiple concurrent projects

Solid leadership and team management capabilities

Deep understanding of complex MEP systems and mission critical environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
