Reporting to the AVP, Insurance Experience, the Director, Strategy & Growth is accountable for translating the Insurance Experience vision and strategic direction into actionable plans, prioritized initiatives and measurable outcomes. This role serves as a strategic partner to the AVP, leading strategic planning, growth opportunity assessment, portfolio budgeting and governance, and experience performance across Insurance Solutions. Partner with the AVP, Insurance Experience to translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, initiatives and business outcomes that drive a best-in-class advisor and customer experience Lead strategic analyses of growth opportunities, including direct-to-customer, emerging market opportunities and strategic partnerships Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, customer expectations and market dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation and growth Lead the annual planning and prioritization process, partnering with tech and delivery teams to assess costs and feasibility, and recommending investment, sequencing and backlog decisions Develop compelling executive-level presentations, strategic recommendations and business cases to support decision-making Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration,



and continuous improvement Champion advisor and customer-centric thinking across all strategic initiatives and business decision 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, business management, customer experience, insurance, financial services or a related field ~ Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated track record of building, coaching and developing high-performing teams ~ Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
