Purpose

Responsible for ensuring alignment of key company initiatives and lean processes maximize operational efficiency and customer service, creating differentiation from competitors and providing a clear competitive advantage that cannot be quickly or easily replicated by others in our industry. Lead productivity in conjunction with SVPs and DPs to drive 3-5% ongoing annual productivity.



They directly support field implementation and adoption of company initiatives, digital programs as well as providing leadership and project management for various lean initiatives, kaizen events and other continuous improvement efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Lead change management processes from inception to full implementation of process, key company projects procedures and operations functions.
- Responsible for ensuring productivity targets are on track within Division/Region.
- Serves as the liaison, communications channel and implementation between the corporate functions, Shared services, and the locations for matters of process, operations, and compliance. Is active in prioritizing the process, procedures, and data initiatives between corporate and the locations.
- Utilize the 1 Team operating system and SOPs to lead standardization, training, and implementation.
