Zapoteca Mexican Grill & Seafood is looking for a dishwasher to join our talented our back of house team. Bring your best attitude and positive energy to our culinary destination on the iconic White Rock beachfront.

Must be physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs frequently and work in a wet, warm and noisy environment.

Reliable transportation is key for this position as there is no free parking in the area. There are some limited transit options, please ensure you know if you can get to/from our location before applying for a position.

Previous experience in commercial kitchen dishwashing an asset but not required.

Must have valid work permit or Social Insurance Number in Canada.

Job Duties





- Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary
- Unload dishes, silverware, and glassware promptly and store them in the appropriate places
- Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises
- Assist chefs and waitstaff as required, especially during peak hours
