Become a Housing Support Worker at Dixon Hall, dedicated to assisting tenants with critical daily living tasks. As a Home Support Worker reporting to the Supervisor of Intake and Operations, you will engage with tenants to help them manage their households, focusing on cooking, cleaning, and social support.

- Facilitate meal preparations and household management
- Model and teach independent living skills
- Update supervisors on tenant health/status changes
- Attend required staff meetings and training sessions
- Respond to emergencies and assess intervention needs Requirements:
- 1-2 years in Home Support
- Interpersonal skills and household management experience
- Relevant knowledge of gerontology and mental health
- English fluency; other languages an asset
